HSIG also assists individuals with Long Term Care Planning, Life Insurance and Final Expense, Hearing/Dental/Vision Plans and Annuities/CD Alternatives.

HSIG is Appointed/Contracted with Insurance Carriers such as: Ultimate Health Plans; Optimum Healthcare; Freedom Health Plans; Humana; CarePlus; UnitedHealthcare; Aetna Medicare; Wellcare Health Plans; Allwell Sunshine Health; Centene Corporation; BayCare Health Plans; Silverscript; Mutual of Omaha; United American Insurance Company;

State of Florida; Hernando County; Citrus County; Pasco County; Pinellas County; Hillsborough County; Marion County, Manatee County; Lake County; Sumter County; Orange County; Polk County, Sarasota County; Osceola County.

Plans are insured or covered by a Medicare Advantage (HMO, PPO, PFFS) organizations with a Medicare contract and/or a Medicare-approved Part D sponsor. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan's contract renewal with Medicare.
